If you’re not satisfied with your product or change your mind, we are more than happy to refund your purchase.
Exchanges are also available however only for merchandise items.
All returns and exchanges must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If 28 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept returns or exchanges.
If the product ordered is damaged or there is a fault, please contact us to arrange a refund for the value of damaged goods within 48 hours of delivery.

- Refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card within 5 business days.

We are confident in the quality of all our products. If you have a change in mind and would like to return or exchange your product, you can return you order with 28 days of placing your order.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we will not be responsible for any returns that are not received. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or refund.
