Tasting Room & Tours
In our backyard and keen to check out our brewery? We’re open seven days a week running tours and tastings, plus we have a cellar door where you can purchase a carton or some merch.
Tours are $20/person and bookings are essential.
Book online by selecting the date and time you'd like to visit or call the Tasting Room - 02 6685 9220

Due to the experience we want to give to our drinkers that make the pilgrimage to our brewery, groups larger than 8 people MUST phone ahead to make a reservation.
If you are on a Bucks Party or looking to get buck wild, our Tasting Room experience is not for you, as our license doesn’t allow us to operate as a bar. Confused? Call us 02 6685 9220
*We will be moving our brewing tanks to our new site from Saturday 5th, August. This means some of our brewery facilities will not be in our Byron Tasting Room to see during our tours. Tours will still be running at Boronia Place until we relocate later in the year.

The Brewery Tour will go for about an hour, and will cover the history of the business, our philosophy, and a detailed explanation of the brewing process itself.
If you're in 'holiday mode' and more interested in just sampling our range of beers, then you can pop in at any time during opening hours to try a tasting paddle.
Our brewery tours are limited to 12 people per session and do sell out fast, so it’s worth booking in advance. These tours last approx 40-60min and in that time you’ll get a beer when you arrive, then we’ll go around the brewery, there’ll be more beer, you’ll see how the beer’s made, eat some malt, smell some hops, learn everything there is to know about Stone & Wood and why we brew beer the way we do.
Do you have a dress code?
Yes, if you're doing a tour please wear enclosed shoes.
What if the date I want to attend isn’t on the drop down list?
That means it’s sold out. Tours sell out a few weeks in advance.
What is the legal age to do a tasting tour?
You must be over 18 to participate in our tours.
I can only see one tickets available for the date I want? Does this mean I have to book tickets individually?
No, It simply means their is only one ticket left for the tour on this date.
Can you release additional ticket for the date I want so I can book with a friend?
As our brew house is filled to the brim with brewing equipment we must limit tours to a maximum of 12 people so we can ensure everyone in the group is safe and has a great time on our brewery tours.
What if I need to get a refund?
If it’s more than 48 hours before the tour then we can refund. If not, then we won’t be able to.
My friend would like to come but doesn’t have a ticket. Can I bring them?
If the tour is sold out then we unfortunately can’t take anymore due to space restrictions. However, they can always come to the Brewery Bar for a tasting paddle while you’re on tour.
Can I change dates?
Maybe. Give us a call and we’ll see what we can do (this is usually only possible if there are spaces on another tour).
