Nimbin Valley Dairy Northern Rivers, NSW
Kerry and Paul make cheese in one of the most magic parts of the Northern Rivers hinterland, and their range of hand crafted cheeses are the perfect accompaniment to a number of our beers.

Modus Operandi Sydney, NSW
Grant and Jaz Wearin started their brewery on Sydney’s Northern Beaches about four years ago and if you’re into hops then hunt their beers down - head brewer Dennis de Boer spent time working at Stone & Wood before joining Modus.

Our connection with Grifter goes back to when one their founders, Matt King spent some time at Stone & Wood in the early days, getting work experience to see if he liked working in a brewery. He must have because he and his co-founders have built one the best breweries in Sydney’s Inner West.
