Brut IPA | ABV 6.5%

As the days get warmer in the Northern Rivers, the need for a big, tropical ale becomes apparent. Our Brut IPA was fermented with champagne yeast and enzymes, resulting in a beer with a delightful straw to golden, hazy appearance, carrying delightful flavours of pine and citrus thanks to generous additions of simcoe, mosaic and citra hops, finishing with a satisfying dry finish. Available for a limited time only in the tasting room!
