Around here, winter is a time of dark temptations. Of cold nights and raging fires, of dancing bodies and deep, dark beers. Welcome to the Season of the Stone. Take a look back at 2023's Stone Beer, boasting aromas and flavours of coffee, rich dark chocolate, and hints of subtle smoked barley.
Festival of the Stone is where we celebrate the release of this year’s Stone Beer and the first tapping of the keg. Stone Beer for 2024 is a wood-fired porter ideal for chilly winter nights. A nod to medieval brewing, it’s a tradition held dear for the last 17 years since Stone & Wood’s humble beginnings.
Take a look back at Festival of the Stone 2022 to see what it's all about! And don't hesitate for 2024 tickets, we sell out every year and want to see you on the dance floor!
Each year, Festival of the Stone gives us the chance to give back to the local community. And it’s no different this year. Byron has one of the highest homelessness rates in the country and Fletcher St Cottage do all they can to support our rough sleepers. They provide essential services, wraparound support and hope, empowering Northern Rivers locals experiencing homelessness.
